Ann Thomas currently works as a training consultant and group work facilitator designing and delivering experiential learning programmes ranging in focus from personal development, leadership, management development and cultural change. She is also a facilitator and personal coach for Lancaster University Management School. She is an associate lecturer at the University of Cumbria, where she teaches for the Masters in Development Training programme.
Ann holds a Masters in Education degree and a CSCT Certificate in Counselling. She is also an NLP Practitioner, a qualified user of MBTI and an accredited user of the Emotional Competence Inventory.
Rod Walker is a member of the Ashoka Association for social innovation. He lives in Chile working on the environmental and social relevance of outdoor education for local communities.
Ross Wallace is a Development Trainer living in Cumbria. He is working with Threshold on the Esprit programme.
