This unique course supports practitioners in the essential task of understanding the view they hold of the world and how this acts as a major influence on their work. It also helps participants develop their ability to observe their thoughts and feelings while facilitating. This knowledge is a valuable way to help the life and learning of the group.

What you will do
A four day course in the Lake District where participants can create a learning community as well as spend time in personal reflection, lectures, workshops and seminars. Facilitators will draw on a variety of cultural and theoretical backgrounds to support understanding and insight.
